Therapy with me is…

please Hear me when I say:

We will work together on finding what makes you feel at your best within your relationships, your mind, and body.

How I work

My therapy approach is rooted in the belief that feeling safe is the foundation for meaningful change. When you feel emotionally safe, you can begin to show up more fully and honestly—not only in therapy, but in your relationships with others. Many people come to therapy wanting deeper connection, yet find themselves holding back out of fear of conflict, rejection, or being misunderstood. My goal is to create a supportive, nonjudgmental space where you feel safe enough to explore your thoughts, emotions, and relational patterns with openness and curiosity.

I support individuals and couples in navigating relationships with romantic partners, family members, and friends. Relationships can be a source of deep comfort and fulfillment, but they can also be where stress, resentment, and emotional distance quietly build over time. Often, these struggles are not about a lack of care, but about unmet needs, unspoken expectations, and communication patterns that no longer serve you. Together, we work to slow these moments down and better understand what is happening beneath the surface.

Resentment frequently accumulates in close relationships when people feel unheard, unseen, or emotionally disconnected. I place a strong emphasis on helping individuals and couples develop clearer, more compassionate communication. Through gaining a deeper understanding of yourself—and of the people you are in relationship with—we begin to identify and address the underlying barriers that interfere with feeling truly understood and emotionally connected. This process allows for greater empathy, repair, and the rebuilding of trust and closeness.

My approach to therapy is holistic and collaborative. I view therapy as a partnership, where we work together as a team to support your growth and well-being. Rather than focusing on “fixing” you, I aim to help you reconnect with your strengths, develop insight into your patterns, and build tools that feel practical and sustainable for your life. I strive to ensure that you feel empowered, supported, and confident as you navigate both internal challenges and external stressors.

In addition to relationship work, I support clients in developing healthy coping strategies for managing stress and anxiety, creating a more balanced relationship between work and personal life, and cultivating greater self-confidence. Many clients also seek support around perfectionism, burnout, and the constant pressure to do more or be more. Therapy can be a place to slow down, set healthier boundaries, and reconnect with what truly matters to you.

Whether you are feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, or simply longing for deeper understanding and connection, therapy can offer a space to feel seen, supported, and less alone. Together, we work toward creating relationships—and a life—that feel more aligned, fulfilling, and emotionally grounded.
