Therapy with me is…
please Hear me when I say:
We will work together on finding what makes you feel at your best within your relationships, your mind, and body.
If you’ve found your way here, there’s a good chance you’re carrying something heavy, or quietly longing for things to feel different. Maybe you’re feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, stuck in patterns you don’t fully understand, or exhausted from trying to hold everything together. Perhaps you’re navigating changes in relationships, identity, parenthood, or simply questioning who you are and what you need right now. Whatever brought you here, you don’t have to have it all figured out.
Therapy can be a place to slow down, breathe, and feel less alone.
My approach to therapy is grounded in the belief that feeling safe is essential for healing and growth. When you feel emotionally safe, you can begin to show up more honestly—with yourself and in your relationships. Many people come to therapy wanting deeper connection, clarity, or relief, yet feel unsure how to begin or worry about being judged or misunderstood. I strive to create a warm, supportive space where you can explore your thoughts, emotions, and experiences at your own pace, without pressure to perform or “fix” yourself.
