Neurodivergent Moms

Are you feeling constantly overstimulated and overwhelmed?

As a therapist, I am passionate about supporting neurodivergent mothers who often find themselves carrying the weight of everyone else's needs while struggling to make space for their own. Many of the women I work with are navigating the challenges of ADHD, Autism, sensory sensitivities, executive functioning difficulties, or simply feeling different from what society expects motherhood to look like.

You may feel overwhelmed by the endless mental load of managing a household, coordinating schedules, remembering every detail, and caring for your family. Perhaps asking for help feels uncomfortable, guilt-provoking, or impossible. Maybe you're constantly putting yourself last, masking your struggles, or wondering why motherhood seems so much harder than it appears for others.

In our work together, I provide a compassionate, neurodivergent-affirming space where you can finally exhale. Therapy is a place to better understand how your brain works, identify what is contributing to burnout and overwhelm, and develop practical strategies that align with your unique strengths and needs. Together, we can work on reducing self-criticism, setting healthier boundaries, communicating your needs with confidence, and creating systems that support you rather than exhaust you.

My goal is to help you move from simply surviving each day to feeling more grounded, supported, and connected to yourself. You don't have to carry everything alone. Therapy can help you build a life that feels more manageable, sustainable, and fulfilling—one where your needs matter too.
